2024 Danny Run
Join us for the Danny Run - Saturday, September 14, 2024.
The Danny Run is an annual group ride that is held in memory of Daniel “Danny” Patrick Reed. Danny had a fatal UTV accident on private property in September 2017. The 607Riders club was organized in his memory.
You must be a member of the club to participate in the run. Memberships will be available to purchase the morning of the ride (cash only), or you can join at www.607riders.com.
As per club by-laws, registration for ATV’s and insurance for ATV’s and UTV’s is required. Be aware that some of the trails are private, and special permission was obtained from each landowner for this ride only. We will be riding on expert trails with steep terrain and obstacles. Ride at your own risk. It is imperative you follow the rules listed below to ensure future rides. Don’t be the person to ruin it for everyone.
We will start and end at 393 Taylor Road, Stamford, NY 12167
Gates open at 10 AM
Drivers meeting at 11:30 AM
Start time is 12:00 PM
End time is unknown.
The ride is approximately 4-5 hours. You must stay for the entire ride. Food, merchandise and swag will be available for purchase at one of our stops - cash only please. Bathroom facilities will also be available. Net proceeds will go to Daniel Reed Jr's Trust. Daniel is Danny's young son. Donations are greatly appreciated! To donate to the Trust Savings account, make check or money order payable to: Daniel Reed, Jr., and mail to: Billy Eklund, Attn: Danny Run, 11 Eklund Road, Stamford, NY 12167. A donation container will also be available on the ride.

2024 Kickoff event

We're kicking off the year with our first group ride on May 25th.
Details: Arrive at 10:00 a.m. for a noon start time.
Where: Sailboat Field, 393 Taylor Road, Stamford, NY 12167.
We can't wait to see everyone! Don't miss out on the great views and pizza party midway.
Duration of the ride depends on the number of participants. If necessary, updates will be provided on this website and on 607Riders Facebook page.

The 607Riders Board expresses our heartfelt gratitude for your support during the 2023 Danny Run. Your generosity and participation played a large role in making this event a tremendous success.
To our gracious landowners, thank you for opening your properties and allowing us to enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the route. Your hospitality made this run truly special. To our members, thank you for your support. You are the backbone of our club. To all our supporters, whether you cheered us on from the sidelines or contributed to our cause we are very grateful.
Together, we not only celebrated the spirit of Danny but also created lasting memories and made a positive impact on our community. Your collective support inspires us to continue this journey.
We are proud to announce the event raised $6,349 towards the Daniel Reed, Jr. Trust Fund. Thank you once again for being a part of this incredible experience. We look forward to many more successful runs.
